Where suitable, our reports include a detailed site inspection at which we view, measure, test, photograph or video and capture background information. On our return to the office, we prepare a detailed and clearly written report which summaries the key points. Depending on your requirements, the report includes captioned photographs, reference material, a scope of works and specification (if needed).
Who does the inspection?
As well as a lengthy list of technical qualifications, our building consultants have a practical experience that comes from years of construction - hammering in nails, erecting frames, pouring concrete and so on. When this practical experience is mixed with the many thousands of inspections and reports they have completed subsequently, then you can rest assured that the consultant providing your report has the experience, professionalism and integrity to provide the correct answers.
