While we have offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and the Central Coast, we travel on regular basis to places such as Cairns, Hobart, Perth, Adelaide, in fact, anywhere in Australia.

Our view is that Censeo has people on staff who are some of the best practitioners in the business and their expertise is available to anyone who has a need for an inspection and report on a building.

How much do you charge?
Answer:
Obviously, this depends on the brief; however Censeo is prepared to provide a free quotation - go to the Free Quote tab.

What will I get for my money?
Answer:
Where suitable, our reports include a detailed site inspection at which we view, measure, test, photograph or video and capture background information. On our return to the office, we prepare a detailed and clearly written report which summaries the key points. Depending on your requirements, the report includes captioned photographs, reference material, a scope of works and specification (if needed).
Question:
Will Censeo carry out any building work?
Answer:
Although we have on staff a number of licenced builders, Censeo will not build or repair any building, however we can arrange for quotations or tendering of the works to suitably qualified and experienced contractors.
